Leslie was so friendly!! She makes a MEAN expresso martini! Honestly the best I have ever had (and I have had a lot). Give her a raise!! -- Bar has a wonderful atmosphere. Great music. Old school charm. Sort of gives speakeasy vibes! Must see when in town.

I've wanted to visit this saloon for a long time. On the day we stopped by, it was wicked hot and we had our three Boston Terriers with us. I asked the bartender if we could bring the pups in and he was great about it! We tucked in off to the side and ordered up a couple beers while the dogs thoroughly enjoyed the cool tile floor. The longest continuously operating bar in Florida, the Palace Saloon, is a quintessential place to meet, greet, and share brews. People started showing up, and before long, we were all sharing Boston Terrier stories - the folks were a pleasure to chat with. There is a bit of history to the building, and it was fun to learn about it. It's not a big saloon, so on weekend nights in season, I'm sure it gets fairly crowded. On a personal note, our eldest Boston, Abby, succumbed to old age and a medical issue shortly after this visit, and I will raise a toast to her every time I stop back in. 🍻

A very cool place to come after dinner for drinks and music. Known as the oldest in FL, it’s not as five “bar-ry” as it could be … modern, clean and hip in all the right ways for a bar. The night we were there it also had really great music.

Fun little place with a cool atmosphere and live music that seems to be the place in downtown Fernandina that stays open latest. I'd say it's divey in the sense that it's not pretentious, but the decor is very unique and historic, not "divey" in that sense at all.

What an awesome time I had at the Palace Saloon! The Margarita was perfectly made and quite tasty. A local patron suggested and purchased a Pain Killer for my next drink and I wasn’t disappointed! The bar tender was attentive and knowledgeable about the area. Very cool place that feels like you are stepping back in time when you walk in. I was lucky enough to visit before the busy time, which I was told started after 3!

We loved this historical saloon! We went on multiple nights. The bartenders were attentive and made great drinks. Their rum punch was delicious! I loved playing pool in the back room. It was more intimate and gave it a small town feel.

Love this place, we came in for drinks on a weekend during a car show. Great location! Leslie was phenomenal. Super quick service, she obviously loves her job! She is a keeper and definitely deserves a raise. Don’t let this gem go. We will definitely be back.

Palace Saloon in Fernandina Beach was such a fun stop during our bachelorette trip! The atmosphere is seriously unmatched—lively, upbeat, and exactly what you want for a night out. The drinks were great, the bartenders were fast and friendly, and the live music made the whole place feel like a party. Huge shoutout to Jeff and the security team for making the experience even better. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and made sure we had an amazing night. If you’re in Fernandina and looking for a spot with great vibes, great drinks, and live music, Palace Saloon is a must!
